Cannot find Copy Picture or Paste Picture command due to SHIFT not pressed.
Cause:
The SHIFT key is not pressed while the 'Edit' menu is being selected.
Solution:
Copy the desired cells. Press and hold down SHIFT while selecting the 'Edit' menu to display the 'Copy Picture...' or 'Paste Picture' command.
